(In gwala or gwala-bhog we offer milk to shriji)

Bhavna : In this darshan shriji shows his shringar to the gwalas, who are his best friends.The gwalas being shriji's friends are previleged to do the first darshan of shirji with the fresh shringar and accompany him into the jungle and during maakhan-chori.They bring milk with them which shriji's accepts.

Sewa-Kram : There is no need for the vaishnavas to do this sewa as it is generally not done in most houses.The vaishnavas can, if they want, keep milk in a bowl as gwala-bhog after doing shringar and make preparations for Rajbhog.
